With a heavy heart Commitment To Change has lost one of our original Board Members, Dr Rose Duhon Sells. Wisdom is a trait you can't buy or learn. It was acquired. Dr. Sells brought calm and wisdom to C2C. When she spoke, we listened. Thanks, Dr. Rose, for all you've done for C2C, my family, and Lake Charles. RIP.

CTC Motto
Change does not mean replacing one bad habit for another. It does not mean beating up on yourself or feeling guilty or ashamed. Change means voluntarily removing yourself from the people and environments that support you in remaining unhealthy. Change means identifying what you are doing, recognizing when you are doing it and gently guiding yourself to do something else. Change means not making excuses for yourself, but doing exactly what you are supposed to do!
