2024 "At-A Glance"
C2C recently had the opportunity to engage in a video conference with representatives from the Assistant United States Attorney's Office (AUSA) in Lafayette, discussing our Reentry initiative. It is essential that we inform them of the services we can provide to the community.

This young man was referred to C2C's Reentry Program. Rather than focusing on the circumstances of his participation, we highlight his exceptional commitment throughout the ten-week initiative, diligently striving to enhance personal growth and prevent similar circumstances. By fully engaging with the comprehensive curriculum – encompassing social skills development, financial literacy, community service, substance abuse education, and mentorship – he satisfactorily completed all program requirements. His accomplishments have garnered our profound respect, and we extend our sincerest congratulations for his future pursuits.

Commitment To Change C2C has partnered with My Community Cares to provide counseling classes in Parenting and SW La Health Center to provide services for Mental Health for our Reentry Program. This is in addition to the course we already provide to our participants in Mentoring, Health and Wellness, Financial Literacy for individuals and families, Substance Abuse and Life/Social Skills. Please reach out if you would like to volunteer your expertise or help support this much needed community Program.
