A Message from the Desk of the Chief Operating Officer
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to visit and learn more about Commitment To Change (C2C). As the Chief Operating Officer of C2C, I am committed to rise to the everyday challenges of the community through ingenuity, compassion, resilience, fortitude, and integrity. In times like these, nonprofits and volunteers should stand shoulder to shoulder with the community.
I am honored to be a part of this process.
C2C is a unique non-profit organization as we endeavor to meet the plethora of diverse issues in the community. Whether providing advanced system calculators to disadvantage high school students, books, gifts, and bingo to stimulate mental activity and offer companionship in Assisted Living Facilities. We offer scholarships to worthy students and provide mentoring to at risk students as well. Having personally lived through 5 hurricanes, I well appreciate the need to get resources where they are needed. C2C plans to partner up with other agencies and be available to assist during emergency situations.
We also will endeavor to be hands on by giving toys during Christmas, mommy bags containing washing powder, soap, sanitized wipes, and other household goods to individuals in subsidized housing. We endeavor to provide mentoring and counseling to those in need and many other programs. No project is to big or to small for us to participate in.
None of these efforts can be accomplished without the aid of organizations, philanthropic groups, and individuals such as yourself. Whether you seek to volunteer or make a donation, please consider C2C. We also welcome your ideas, comments, and suggestions on how we can better aid our community.
Thank You
